There are a variety of reports in the medical screens. The most convenient place you can find them is on the summary tab of an exam. You may also access a few of them from the search tab and from the animal tab on the medical screen. The Medical Reports will open in a pop-up window, please be certain your pop-up blockers are turned off.

The new Medical View Report (MVR) is a redesign of and replaces the current “Medical History Report.” The Medical View Report has a “Filter Control” at the top of it which allows PetPoint or the user to: select a different Animal to display (like the Animal View Report currently does) and show/hide various records based on the filters applied.
The Filters Control allows the user to specify which records should be displayed on the Medical View Report when viewed/printed. The Control will be INCLUDED on the printout so it is clear that if filters were applied, which records were omitted.

Most all reports will export to excel, adobe, and a variety of other formats. In this report, which not specifically designed for Excel, you may still export the information if you wish. Begin by clicking on the drop down as shown below. Select a file type that you want the report software to export to. Once selected, click on the gray "Export" link.

Your computer will then ask you to download the file, it will give you the options Open or Save. It’s recommended that you Save the file to your computer if you plan on making any changes. You can also Open it if you wish to only view the information.

You must have the appropriate programs installed on your local PC to open the file type in order for this feature to work.
When you first view the Medical Certificate report, you will see a mostly blank page. Simply click on the medical record number you wish to display at the top of the page and you will be able to view and print the Medical Certificate for that animal's exam or surgery.

You may also choose to view the Medical History for that animal, to make it easier for you to determine which medical certificate you wish to print out. You can do this by clicking the Medical History for Record link.

By default, the filters for the printout will not show, giving you only the Exam or Surgery Certificate text in the printout.

This certificate is a report that provides a listing of all the current vaccinations of the animal, and can be printed and given to the adopter to take to their new veterinarian.

PetPoint administrators may add default text to each vaccination certificate by updating the Add/Edit Contract Text section in PetPoint.
