Add/Edit Company Info

The Add / Edit Company Info screen is accessed via Admin > Admin Options.

The Company Info

 

This screen is used to store all of the contact information for your organization, including your organization’s name, website URL, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.

 

We have filled in this screen with the information you supplied to us in your PetPoint Agreement.  However, you may update this screen at any time.

 

PetPoint will use the information on this screen to populate the various contracts, receipts, and other forms you can generate for your clients.  Anything listed as Primary will be included on contracts, as well as a secondary or fax phone number.
 

Important Note: We periodically send System Alerts containing time-sensitive or other important information (such as scheduled outages) via email.  Please ensure that the appropriate email addresses are added as “System Alert” email types for anyone within your group who should receive these urgent announcements.  

 

In addition, we send out invoices to your Finance Directors for the ShelterCare program as described in Schedule B of your PetPoint Agreement. Please ensure that the appropriate email addresses are added as “System Alert” and “Finance Director” email types for anyone within your group who should receive these urgent announcements.

 

Finally, we have included an email type for Application Notification.  This email type is to be used to communicate to anyone that applications have arrived.  Read more about accepting adoption applications here.


How to Add Company Info

 

1. To add additional information, simply fill in the desired fields in each section (i.e., address fields, phone number fields, email address fields), choose the type associated with that section, and click the Add button.

2. When you are finished making changes, click the Submit button to save your updates.  Your updates will immediately show on any contracts or receipts you generate.

1. Click the Browse… button. This opens the file menu on your PC.

2. Locate your logo in .jpg or .gif format.  Double-click on your logo.

3. Click Submit to save.

 

Your organization’s logo only needs to be submitted once on this screen – this will save the logo for ALL of your contracts, receipts, and kennel cards.


How to Add Petango Info

 

Petango (www.petango.com) is the first real-time national adoption site, with many features that will streamline your adoption process and marketing.  In addition to real-time listings of pets available for adoption within the 1100+ organizations using PetPoint, Petango includes features for both shelters and adopters, such as: online pet adoption applications, a microsite and interactive calendars for your organization, Happy Tails for you and your adopters, and email notifications / watch lists for potential adopters.  

 

As you go through the details, remember that the information in the sections Company Name, Website, Address, Phone Numbers, Email (Primary) and your fax number will also be listed on Petango.  Your company logo & picture will also be included on your Petango microsite.

If you have separate sites, you will also want to be sure to go over the Petango info for each individual site.  Adopters will be pointed in the right direction to your shelter and their new pet!
