What is the Advanced/Express button?
During an Intake or Outcome process (e.g. - Outcome Adoption) users have two options for adding person details. The Express view is designed to be quick and needing only the basic information for the person. The Advanced view will allow the user to add in additional details such as multiple phone numbers or email addresses. The button is located on the person details section of the Intake and Outcome processes.
The Express View
The default option, or the Express View, allows the user to enter in a single address, phone number, email address and association. Users do not have the ability to add pictures in this default view.
Click on the Advanced button to switch to advanced view.
The Advanced View
After clicking on the Advanced button, the screen will refresh and you will now have the option of adding in multiple lines of data for the person. This view also give you the ability to add photos if you wish.
You will need to use the Add buttons for each type of entry before you can click Forward and move on to the next page.
If you decide not to use the Advanced view or if you opened this view by mistake, you can always switch back by clicking the Express button to return to the default view.
