What is the Animal View Report?
The Animal View Report or AVR is one of the most useful reports readily available within PetPoint. It contains detailed information on the animal at a glance. The report is great for checking on the Intake/Outcome, medical, hold, stage and location history or any other information pertaining to one animal. It is known as a "view" report, meaning you cannot change any information from this screen, only view. But it is helpful when needing to reprint items for the person or animal, such as contracts or receipts.

This new section allows you to track the Animal's Condition, Medical Status, Temperament, Danger Reason, Temp, Pulse, Respiration and Body Condition Score.
How Do I Open the Animal View Report?
To open the Animal View Report go to any animal search box (eg. Edit - Animal) and search for the animal you wish to look at. From the results, click on the dark green Animal View Report button.

The report will open in a pop-up window, make sure you have all pop-up blockers turned off.

Another great feature in the AVR allows users to open up or print Intake/Outcome contracts. This is useful for when they move from the confirmation page without printing the contract out.
Within the AVR you will find links, the image below will identify what action is taken when they are selected.

1. Clicking on an Intake or Outcome type will open up the Contract in a new window.
2. Clicking on the Person ID under an Intake or Outcome will open the Person View Report in a new window.
3. Clicking on the Person ID under Ownership/Guardianship will open the Person View Report in a new window.
