Upon the initial setup of your database, there are many Field Values filled in for you, based on what PetPoint users have suggested in the past. Other Field Values and Items need to be customized by your individual organization. These documents will assist you in that task. To utilize them, you need to have Microsoft Excel. Please take some time to go over these before beginning training, and email the edited version back to your Implementation Manager for import.
AnimalType_Species_Breed.xls is an Excel spreadsheet which contains choices for Animal Types / Species / Breeds other than dogs and cats, which are pre-populated. If your organization handles animals besides dogs & cats, we can import the choices in this spreadsheet for you “as is” or you can save & edit the spreadsheet and email it back to us, and we will import the remaining choices into your setup.
Medical Setup Tables - an Excel spreadsheet that contains choices for the Field Values & Items that are found on the Care - Medical screen. We can import the choices in the spreadsheet for you “as is” or you can save & edit the spreadsheet and email the edited version back to us, and we will import the remaining choices into your setup. Most individual item setup can easily be done from this spreadsheet, so please tke your time and contact us after your initial training calls when you are ready to begin Medical setup and training.
BehaviorCategory_Test_Result.xls is an Excel spreadsheet which contains choices for the Field Values that are found on the Care – Behavior screen. We can import the choices in this spreadsheet for you “as is” or you can save & edit the spreadsheet and email it back to us, and we will import the choices into your setup. Please contact us after your initial training calls when you are ready to begin Behavior setup and training.
Case Suggested Field Values is an Excel spreadsheet that you will want to go over with your Implementation Manager prior to beginning Case training. This is used for groups who do Humane Law Enforcement and wish to use the Case portion of the program. Only Available for PetPoint Professional (formerly PetPoint SMS).
