What is the Inventory List View Report
Just as your Animal View Report takes an inventory of your animals, this Inventory List View Report gives you a snapshot of what your inventory consists of at the present time. It is helpful for at-a-glance inventory questions, like "do we have enough of this?" or "is it on order?"
The first step is to search for items. Choose some or none of the drop down lists provided, and select if you would only like to show items that are below the Reorder Threshold and need attention.
The Inventory List View Report can be sorted by any of the columns present. The only fields which can be updated are item cost, item price, and print labels.
If you wish to, you may also print the inventory list as you have run the report by clicking on Print Inventory List:
In addition to item management, the following screens will allow Inventory Basic, Inventory Advanced and Administrator users in your group to begin tracking item purchasing.
