Introduction
Pethealth, Inc. is proud to bring the PetPoint Portfolio Reports to all shelters, humane organizations, and rescues using PetPoint Professional (formerly PetPoint SMS). (PetPoint Lite is not currently available for use with the Portfolios.) The Portfolio is a great way to gather information on your day to day processes that are entered in PetPoint on a grand scale that will help you to leverage your statistics for your benefit against those of shelters in your state and country. This report is a total of 8 pages (defined below) including information which provides the value in dollars that ShelterCare, 24PetWatch and PetPoint bring to you every day.
To report accurate data, the organization count and information only includes those shelters with transactions during the report period.
Setup Instructions
The only setup required is that you add the user roles of "Executive Contact" to those end users who need to access the report. They will be included in future communications from Pethealth specific to the portfolio, and be able to access the Portfolios via the Report Website. Read more about user roles, and how administrators can add this to existing or new users, here.

Pethealth’s Contribution to Your Shelter
For the reporting period:
ShelterCare Insurance Enrollment Costs = Number of ShelterCare Activations x $8.95
ShelterCare Gift of Insurance Claims Paid = ShelterCare claims paid to the individual shelter
24PetWatch Registration Savings = Number of microchip registrations x $5.00
PetPoint Software Value = Monthly Price x number of months fully “daily use”. Monthly Price is taken from current PetPoint Application Service Provider Agreement (shown below). Shelter’s Pricing Level is determined by actual Annual Intakes for the reporting period; if client was not fully daily use for the period, actual Intakes for the period are used to create a monthly average which is multiplied by 12 months to determine Estimated Annual Intakes.

24PetWatch Microchip Price Savings = Number of microchip registrations x $2.40
