The PetPoint Report
The PetPoint Adoption Report is a monthly gauge of U.S. pet owner demand for dogs and cats available for adoption. Data is aggregated via PetPoint Animal Management Software, a "SaaS" (Software as a Service) application developed and launched in 2005. PetPoint is the most widely used animal management application in animal welfare. PetPoint reports are published the third Monday of each month.
We switched from Chameleon in May and the tech support has been really good! They listen to their customers and make changes or add things as necessary (sometimes almost instantly) and we've found that training the staff has been much easier than with Chameleon. The reporting functions are more dynamic, just set the parameters and go!
