What's new in PetPoint from 12/4/2013
New PetPoint Login Security
We are implementing a security feature in order to increase security when logging into PetPoint. Effective December 9, 2013, the PetPoint login screen will no longer allow passwords to be automatically completed by a browser or third party software using a browser to remember passwords locally. If you currently have your password automatically completed as set by your browser, please note that this will no longer be available on December 9, 2013. If you are unsure of your password, please go into Admin: Edit My Account sometime before December 9, 2013 to change it to something you can remember. If you find you are unable to remember your password after this date, your organization’s PetPoint Administrator will be able to reset your password.

Released: eWebReports 2013 Upgrade for Enterprise Clients
Important Note for Enterprise Clients: Microsoft recently released Internet Explorer 11. Unfortunately, IE 11 is not compatible with the current Builders release. We are testing a patch for IE 11 compatibility—independent of the upcoming Builders update—which is tentatively planned for release on December 17th, 2013. We strongly recommend that you do not upgrade to IE 11 on computers that require access to the Builders until the compatibility issue has been resolved.
